1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the CoinAI mobile application ("App") or visiting our website ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Ratio Labs ("we," "us," or "our").

2. Description of Service

CoinAI is an AI-powered coin identification application that allows users to:

• Photograph coins and receive AI-generated identifications
• View estimated grade ranges and market values
• Manage a personal coin collection
• Review scan history
• Generate and share coin information cards

3. Important Disclaimers

Not Professional Appraisal

CoinAI provides AI-generated estimates only. Identifications, grades, and values provided by the App are not professional appraisals, certifications, or guarantees of authenticity. The AI may produce inaccurate results.

You should not rely solely on CoinAI for purchasing, selling, or insuring coins. For accurate grading and authentication, consult a professional numismatist or grading service (e.g., PCGS, NGC).

Not Financial Advice

Estimated values are for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, investment, or purchasing advice. Market values fluctuate and may differ significantly from estimates provided.

4. User Accounts & Content

You retain ownership of all photographs and content you create using the App. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your coin images through AI models for the purpose of providing identifications.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activities under your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its servers
• Use the Service to misrepresent coin authenticity or value to third parties
• Use automated systems to access the Service beyond normal use
• Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights

6. Subscriptions & Payments

CoinAI may offer premium features through in-app subscriptions. Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings
• Refunds are handled by Apple per their refund policy

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, code, and content (excluding user-generated content), is owned by Ratio Labs and protected by intellectual property laws. The CoinAI name, logo, and branding are trademarks of Ratio Labs.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without our written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind
• We do not warrant that AI identifications, grades, or values will be accurate, complete, or reliable
• We are not liable for any decisions made based on information provided by the App
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ratio Labs from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

You may stop using the Service at any time by deleting the App from your device.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes through the App or by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
